You have to have four or more players and one of those players have to be the chooser. Once you have the chooser all sorted out the extras form a circle and then shut their eyes. Then the chooser has to go around the circle and tap somebody on the shoulder, then they open their eyes and point to the person that they thought was tapped.
OK the trick is on the first round the chooser doesn't tap anybody on the shoulder and on the second round the chooser taps everyone on the shoulder and that's why it's called There's Only One Liar.
