Have you ever heard of the pit? Well I have so I'm going to tell you about it. Have you ever had that feeling when you wake up, but then you realise that you didn't finsh your homework and it's due in that morning and you kind of get butterflies in your stomach?Well all those feelings can make you fall into the pit. If you are tired and grumpy, you don't cope as well either, so this can also make you fall into the pit. You see, the pit is really easy to get into, but sometimes it can be really hard to get out of it. To get out of the pit, you need strategies to help you. One of the best things you can do, is tell someone you have a problem, and ask them for help.
