Elephant toothpaste

Today at Enrich I was in a science group that learnt how to make elephant toothpaste with a teacher called Jenni. She helped us with the experiment and we really enjoyed the experiment and this is how you do it.

First you need to put on some plastic gloves then you get some dry yeast then get three spoon fulls of the yeast then mix it with some water then you get some hydrogen peroxide then put it in a skinny tube and put the mixed dry yeast into it then put any kind of food colouring in then it will start to come out as if it was toothpaste. It was very cool!
